Our focus is on purchasing used Volkswagen diesels from 1977-1992 and converting all of the stock rubber hoses to B100 compatible Viton before offering them for sale to the biodiesel community. Our goal is simple: To make the allocation, as well as the transition to a biodiesel vehicle as smooth and seamless as possible.

For old-hat biodieselers, we will soon be offering vehicle specific Viton hose replacement kits that will come complete with all the hoses necessary to replace the stock hoses on your vehicle. If you are interested in these kits please stay posted as they will be ready shortly.

At this time we are also offering a host of other services to the biodiesel/SVO community, including SVO consultation and kit installation. For those who are interested in the Elsbett SVO system, we offer injector breaking pressure adjustments per the specs outlined in the Elsbett instruction manual (5-10 bar over the stock 130 bar on VW's). We are also in the process of sourcing the injector nozzles that come standard with the Elsbett kit. Injectors can either be shipped to us to be cleaned and adjusted ($15/injector) or folks can stop by our shop and have us remove the injectors, re-set the breaking pressure, and replace. Our shop rate for all services is $45/hour.
