Vehicle Specific Viton® fluoroelastomer Hose Kits

Volkswagen/Mercedes

We currently have many vehicle specific B100 biodiesel hose kits available (all VW diesels, and most Mercedes) for purchase,
designed for the year/model of your vehicle. Kits range in price from $75-$120, and include all of the fuel hoses to upgrade your car, all of the clamps to fit the new hoses, and detailed instructions for installation. The only fuel hose that the kit does not include is the large diameter filler neck-to-tank hose, as this hose usually is not in contact with fuel for very long (i.e. only when you are filling up) and seems not to degrade at any appreciable rate.

If you would like to place an order please check out our new online Store.

If you have any questions please email us at us here

If you are ordering hose for a non-VW/Mercedes diesel, we will most likely need the fuel hose specs for your vehicle so be sure to check/note the following:

Engine Compartment

  • length/ID of fuel hose coming from steel line to the fuel filter
  • length/ID of fuel hose from fuel filter to lift pump (from fuel filter
to injection pump if no lift pump is present)
  • length/ID of fuel hose from lift pump to injector pump (disregard
if no lift pump is present)
  • length/ID of fuel hose from injector to injector
  • length/ID of fuel hose from injection pump return fitting to fuel
    filter
  • length/ID of fuel hose from fuel filter return to steel return line

Under the vehicle:

  • visual confirmation that the majority of the fuel line under the
vehicle is steel or other non-rubber material
  • length/ID of fuel hose coming from tank to steel supply line
  • length/ID of fuel hose coming from steel return line to tank

Any other pertinent fuel hose information!! (i.e., any rubber fuel hose elsewhere
on the vehicle that I neglected to mention).

(this list is a general guide for diesel engines; the critical information
we are looking for is the length of hose (in inches), the ID (inside diameter)
of the hose, and the location of the hose, i.e. what each end connects to).
